Dr. Cecilia S. Santiago and Dr. Maria Krisvie Abigale F. Mendoza presented their research papers at the 15th Multidisciplinary Research Conference, organized by the International Cross-Cultural Exchange and Professional Development (ICEPD), held from December 18 to 22, 2025, in Vietnam.

Dr. Santiago presented her study entitled “Expanding the Horizons of Educators on Action Research Writing” and was recognized for her outstanding presentation, earning 1st Place – Best Presenter in the Education Category.

Meanwhile, Dr. Mendoza shared her research entitled “Professional Development Needs of Pre-Service Science Teachers: Basis for Capacity Building Program,” contributing valuable insights toward strengthening teacher preparation and professional growth in science education.
