INTERNATIONAL CUISINE EXCHANGE BASC HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT STUDENTS, JOINED BY OUR OFFICIALS AND FACULTY, TEAMED UP WITH MR. CHUNG-HAN CHANG, MASTER IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, AND EXCHANGE STUDENT FROM NCNU, TAIWAN FOR A CROSS-CULTURAL CULINARY EXCHANGE THAT BLENDED TRADITION, TECHNIQUE, AND TEAMWORK.
On October 15, 2025, BASC Hospitality Management students, together with college officials and faculty members, participated in an International Cuisine Exchange that celebrated cultural diversity and collaboration.
The activity was made special through the participation of Mr. Chung-Han Chang, a Master in Information Technology student and exchange student from National Chi Nan University in Taiwan. Together, participants explored different culinary traditions, techniques, and perspectives, creating a meaningful learning experience that went beyond cooking.
Through teamwork and cultural exchange, students gained a deeper appreciation of international cuisines while strengthening their skills in hospitality and cooperation. The event highlighted the importance of global partnerships, hands-on learning, and cultural understanding in preparing students for the international hospitality industry.
