On April 25, 2025, BASC Malayang Hiyas conducted an Online Kapihan Session with the theme “Kape’t Kwentuhan: Midterm Cool Down Edition” via Google Meet. The virtual gathering provided students with a welcoming and relaxed space to unwind after the midterm examinations by sharing experiences, engaging in meaningful conversations, and strengthening friendships within the organization.

The activity encouraged participants to take a break from academic pressures while promoting open communication, peer support, and a sense of belonging. Through casual discussions, storytelling, and shared experiences over a virtual cup of coffee or tea, the session fostered mental well-being, camaraderie, and a supportive student community, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment.
