The HM Skills Management Olympics 2025, held on May 6–7, 2025, was a two-day academic and skills development event organized by the Future Hotel and Restaurant Managers Society (FHRMS) to enhance and showcase the professional competencies of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) students. Through a series of competitive exercises and practical demonstrations, participants were given the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in realistic hospitality scenarios, strengthening their technical expertise, creativity, teamwork, and professionalism. Skills competitions are widely recognized as effective experiential learning activities that prepare hospitality students for industry standards and future careers.
