The Clash of Future Agriculturists: Agri-Quiz Bee 2025, held on May 7, 2025, at the Computer Laboratory of the College of Agriculture, BASC, was organized by the Guild of Future Agriculturists (GFA) as part of the university’s Charter Week celebration. The academic competition brought together students from different year levels and majors to demonstrate their knowledge and analytical skills across six major disciplines of agriculture: Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Economics, Crop Science, Crop Protection, Soil Science, and Animal Science. The event fostered healthy academic competition while recognizing excellence and encouraging students to deepen their understanding of agricultural sciences.
The quiz bee served as an engaging platform for participants to apply theoretical knowledge, enhance critical thinking, and strengthen their appreciation of the diverse fields within agriculture. By challenging students to solve discipline-based questions and compete in a collaborative academic environment, the activity promoted intellectual growth, confidence, and professional development. It also inspired future agriculturists to pursue continuous learning and innovation in support of sustainable agricultural development.
