On November 28, 2025, the Guild of Future Agriculturists (GFA) conducted the seminar “Bridging Science and Farming: Strengthening Biotechnology Awareness and Agricultural Updates” for students from the Agronomy and Agricultural Extension programs of the BASC – College of Agriculture. Dr. Reynante L. Ordonio of the DA–Biotechnology Center served as the resource speaker, sharing knowledge and insights on biotechnology and current agricultural developments. The event was supported by faculty members Dr. Rober Capalad, Sir Ryan Ceniza, Dean Julita Mendoza, Dr. Joanna Marie Bradecina, Sir John Paul Valdez, and Sir Gio Vero. The seminar strengthened students’ scientific and agricultural knowledge while promoting biotechnology awareness, sustainable agricultural practices, innovation, and collaboration among students, faculty, and partner institutions.
