To showcase the bountiful harvest of farmer beneficiaries, a harvest festival was conducted at the established model farm in Brgy. Catacte, Bustos, Bulacan under the DA-RFO 3-funded BASC extension project titled “Upscaling of Rice-Based Integrated Farming System in Bulacan” last January 20, 2023.

 
Mr. Panfilo M. Dela Cruz, farmer cooperator proudly presented to the participants the fruits of his labor through the adoption of the rice-based integrated farming technology extended to them by BASC.

 
Dr. Irene M. Adion, Chief of Research Division of DA-RFO III together with Mrs. Wesceselma Lingat graced the activity and expressed their continuous support to the project beneficiaries.

Hon. Soliman Santos, LGU-Bustos Municipal Councilor; Ma. Lourdes M. Roberto, Municipal Agricultural Officer of Bustos with her AEWs; and Hon. Adrinao Guinto, Brgy. Captain of Catacte also showed the strong support of the LGU to the project.
