MOA signing and project launching of creating meaningful connections at home (phase ii) empowering parents as home-based teachers held at Rene Cayetano Hall, BASC Main Campus, Pinaod, San Ildefonso, Bulacan.

The MOA signing and project was spearheaded by the project proponents from Institute of Education headed by Mrs. Juliet A. Assuncion; Mrs. Mylene H. Roque, Teacher from Pinaod South Central School, and Dr. Cecilia S. Santiago, Vice President for Academic Affairs on May 19, 2023.

Parents and pupils from Pinaod South Central School were also present during the event as they are the primary beneficiaries of the project.
