SUPPORTING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

BASC PARTICIPATED AND REPRESENTED REGION III IN THE NATIONAL SCUAA GAMES 2025

Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) proudly participated in the National SCUAA Games 2025, held from April 22 to 27, 2025, at Camiguin Polytechnic State College (CPSC) in Mambajao, Camiguin Island. Representing Region III, BASC sent a delegation composed of 10 student-athletes and 6 officials who competed alongside the country’s top collegiate athletes in various sporting events.

The participation of BASC in this prestigious national competition demonstrated the institution’s commitment to developing athletic excellence and providing opportunities for students to showcase their talents on a broader stage. Through dedication, discipline, and rigorous preparation, the student-athletes successfully represented both the college and Region III with pride and determination.

The BASC delegation achieved commendable results during the competition. In Arnis, the team secured 1 silver medal, while another silver medal was earned in Taekwondo through outstanding individual performance. The Softball team also contributed to the medal tally by winning 1 silver medal. These achievements reflected the hard work, perseverance, and competitive spirit of the athletes, coaches, and support staff who worked together throughout the preparation and competition period.

Overall, BASC garnered a total of three silver medals in the National SCUAA Games 2025. Although competing against the best student-athletes from state colleges and universities across the country, the delegation demonstrated resilience, sportsmanship, and excellence, bringing honor to the institution and Region III. Their accomplishments serve as an inspiration to the BASC community and reinforce the college’s commitment to fostering holistic student development through sports, leadership, and character-building activities.
