On August 29, 2025, Bulacan Agricultural State College, in partnership with UNMAS, hosted an ASEAN Cuisine Exchange at the BASC Main Campus. Hospitality Management students, together with faculty members, took part in a unique culinary experience led by Prof. Dr. Eka Martiningsih.

The activity focused on the preparation of traditional Indonesian dishes, including Sambal Matah and Terasi, allowing students to learn authentic techniques while understanding the cultural significance behind each recipe.

Through hands-on cooking and cultural interaction, students gained valuable skills, strengthened regional connections, and deepened their appreciation for ASEAN culinary heritage. The event showcased the power of collaboration, cultural exchange, and experiential learning in hospitality education.
