GRASPING RESEARCH EXPERIMENT, ANALYZING DATA, AND TESTING STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE (ANOVA) SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP

On February 26–27, 2025, a two-day seminar and workshop entitled “Grasping Research Experiment, Analyzing Data, and Testing Statistical Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)” was successfully conducted for fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Agriculture students majoring in Horticulture, Crop Science, and Animal Science. The activity aimed to enhance the students’ competencies in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting research data using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) as part of their undergraduate thesis requirements.

The seminar-workshop provided participants with both theoretical discussions and hands-on training on experimental design, statistical analysis, and the interpretation of research results. By strengthening their understanding of data analysis techniques, the activity equipped students with essential research skills needed to produce credible, evidence-based scientific studies and prepare them for future academic, professional, and research endeavors.

The program also reinforced the importance of data-driven decision-making and scientific inquiry in the field of agriculture, enabling students to conduct high-quality research that can contribute to agricultural innovation and sustainable development.
