Ms. Bea T. Vinculado, Board Secretary of Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) and a grantee of the CHED HUSAY Scholarship, successfully completed the In-Person Networking and Executive Reflections Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, held at the Steinberg Conference Center. The activity took place on December 3–5, 2025, bringing together professionals and leaders for executive learning, leadership development, and strategic networking.
