In alignment with the Sustainable Development Goal 8, which advocates for sustained and inclusive economic growth, as well as decent work and education opportunities for all, Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC), stands committed to its mandate. BASC’s core mandate is to offer advanced education and professional training in various fields, encompassing education, law, arts and sciences, public administration, information technology, accountancy, business and industry, agriculture and forestry, engineering, indigenous knowledge, and other relevant areas of study.
Moreover, in its history as a distinguished higher education institution, BASC has played an integral role in advancing the economic prosperity of the Bulacan Province. The university has also been an active catalyst in fostering research, extension services, and providing progressive leadership within its areas of specialization, all contributing to the broader goal of promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth while creating opportunities for the people of the province.
Guided by this fundamental, BASC envisions a world where every individual has access to full and productive employment, ensuring decent work opportunities that lead to improved living standards and reduced inequalities.
