Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development

     As an institution, Bulacan Agricultural State College is aware of the critical importance of safeguarding marine ecosystems and marine life. The BASC’s commitment to support this priority of the United Nation is evident in a range of programs and activities that dedicated to ensuring sustainable use of marine resources.
