Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels

Embracing the ideals of the Sustainable Development Goals, Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) strides forth with a strong commitment to transform the world. At its core lies a commitment to nurturing Peace, Justice, and Robust Social Institutions. The university firmly stands with the principle that for a world to be peaceful and fair, it needs sustainable development as much as peace, justice, and strong social structures are built upon it.

This commitment is evident in the inclusive governance approach of the institution. From elected representation that values diverse viewpoints to the students’ union advocating for student rights, BASC champions inclusivity and accountability in governance. Engaging with local stakeholders, promoting academic freedom, and fostering transparency and integrity further solidify BASC’s dedication to justice, peace, and ethical governance.
