1. to validate the scope
2. to confirm that the management system adequately covers all the requirements of the audit standard

RISK-BASED THINKING OF ISO 9001:2015 TRAINING AND WORKSHOP
Faculty and staffs participated in the two-day webinar on Risk-Based Thinking of ISO 9001:2015 Training and Workshop held last September 13-14, 2021 via Zoom meeting. This is in preparation of the ISO audit to be undergone by BASC in October, 2021.
ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AWARENESS
The training was held on September 9, 2021. This 1-day training course is designed to raise understanding and awareness on the requirements and techniques in establishing QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015 Standard and a major requirement on BASC preparation on acquiring ISO certification on three (3) campuses.

CHED-PADYAK 2021 EXTENSION AND PRODUCTIVITY
The Bulacan Agricultural State College Extension Office through the Extension Office joined the CHED-Padyak 2021 on Extension and Productivity as part of the celebration of 1st National Higher Education Day and CHED 27th Founding Anniversary held last May 20, 2021. This event aimed to showcase the best practices and initiatives of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in mitigating the effects of COVID-19 Pandemic aligned with the Central Luzon Regional Higher Education Action Plan.
ISA TASK FORCE VIRTUAL ORIENTATION MEETING
ISA Task Force Virtual Orientation Meeting was held last May 12, 2021. The meeting was spearheaded by Engr. Alvin Quizon, Quality Assurance Director who explained to everyone the importance of ISA and how each one will contribute for the preparation of documents for ISA.

Tucit) and facilitator (Leslie Joy De Jesus) at the seminar ”Introduction to Intellectual Property for BASC DRT Researchers and Extensionists” held on March 2, 2021. This was spearheaded by the DRT campus, while the funding was coursed through the office of the VPAA.

CONSULTATION WORKSHOP FOR LIVESTOCK EXTENSION PROGRAMS FOR FY 2021
Dr. Imee D. Esguerra, Extension Director, with other partners from Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), Provincial Local Government Units (PLGUs), Provincial Veterinary Offices (PVOs), and State Colleges and Universities (SUCs) in Central Luzon joined the Consultation Workshop for Livestock Extension Programs for FY 2021 via Google Meet held last February 26, 2021. DA-ATI 3 shared their strategic plan for 2020-2022 which gave ideas to the participants as to the priority areas for funding consideration.
23RD CHARTER DAY CELEBRATION – BEST PROJECT COOPERATION
Dr. Susan C. Santos, VP REPD together with Dr. Imee D. Esguerra, Extension Director and Dr. Imelda SA. Navarro, Project Leader of PALAYAMANAN project facilitated the awarding of Plaque f Recognition of their support and contribution in the attainment of the mandate and goals of BASC. The activity is part of the 23rd Charter Day celebration of BASC via Zoom Platform and FB Live. The activity was held on February 24, 2021.
